Tickets are non-transferable.  It is not permitted to re-sell tickets.  In-and-out privileges are permitted by paid and authorized attendees issued wrist bands and hand stamps when tickets are presented at the event.  Tickets issued by  the event sponsor are revocable licenses which may be withdrawn and admission to any event refused any time at the sole discretion of the Music Day By The Bay sponsors and their agents.  Violation of the law while attending the event for which this license was issued may result in the holder being removed from the event.  Smoking is not allowed inside the park.  No drinking of alcoholic beverages is allowed in the park.  Photography and recording devices are allowed, however, sale or licensing  or rebroadcast of any performances at this event require express written consent from the sponsors of the Music Day By The Bay or the performer or their agents.  No refunds or exchanges rain or shine.  The San Leandro Marina Park may be hot in the afternoon and windy and cold in the evenings so dress accordingly. You may bring your own water to the event and we encourage you to try the food at the event prepared by local family owned businesses.
